What is included in the conference registration fee?

Includes all sessions on Monday and Tuesday, as well as breakfast and breaks. It also covers all conference materials, promotional items, and access to discounted room rates at the conference hotel. Book early to lock-in discounted rates! Rooms will sell out.

Conference and Workshop:

Includes all sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It covers breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday, plus breakfast and a break on Friday. It also includes all conference materials, promotional items, and access to discounted room rates at the conference hotel. Book early to lock-in discounted rates! Rooms will sell out.

Cancellation requests received in writing at least 30 days before the event qualify for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

No refunds are given for cancellations received less than 29 days before the first day of the conference.

Substitute Delegates: Should the original delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please contact Syllabusx to update the participant registration details.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@insssc.com .

***This clause shall be invalid in the case of a rescheduled event.
